In a world where witches and wizards are dismissed as mere fantasy, Mirai Asahina, an energetic teenager, sets out to prove otherwise after witnessing a peculiar shooting star. This quest brings her face-to-face with Liko, a bumbling witch-in-training from the Magic World, a colorful realm inhabited by magic practitioners. Guided by fate, they encounter mysterious foes that compel Mirai and Liko to join forces. Their alliance unlocks the powers of legendary magicians, transforming them into the "Maho Girls Precure." With fresh magical abilities, this unlikely duo embarks on a journey full of enchanting spells and valuable gemstones. Together, they uncover the hidden connections between their separate worlds.

In "Witchy Pretty Cure!! Mirai Days," Mirai Asahina is a curious 13-year-old girl who loves solving mysteries. During spring break, she meets a young witch named Liko. Through the combination of magic and miracles, they become legendary witches known as the "Precures." Together with Mirai's beloved teddy bear Mofurun and Ha-chan, a fairy from the Linkle Smartbook, they battle the chaos spreading through both the Magic World and the human world. This fight eventually leads them to be separated. Years later, after a miraculous reunion, Mirai and her friends start pursuing their own futures in their respective worlds. Mirai becomes a college student in the human world, while Liko returns to the Magic World as a teacher at the Magic School. Mofurun stays with Mirai, and Ha-chan watches over the world from a distance. But a new disaster threatens both worlds, forcing Mirai and Liko to reunite after months apart. As they face this unknown enemy, they must confront their past and catch a glimpse of their future. With the magic phrase "Cure Up RaPaPa!" their thrilling adventure begins anew!
