Following the events of the first season, Retsu and Go create the team TRF Victorys alongside Tokichi Mikuni, J, and Ryo Takaba. Their sights are now set on entering the World Cup competition. This event gathers teams from all over the world, such as NA Astrorangers from the United States, Eisen Wolf from Germany, and Rosso Estrada from Italy.

The tale centers on Retsuya and Gouki, a pair of brothers who share the very same dream as Go and Retsu: to hit the track and claim championship victories!
