After the thrilling end of the Asia Circuit Cardfight Vanguard tournament, Aichi Sendou remains as enthusiastic as ever about the card game. But when he enrolls at the prestigious Miyaji Academy—a school that prizes academic and athletic excellence above all—he finds his classmates dismissing his passion as childish. Refusing to be discouraged by their indifference and the firm opposition of the student council, Aichi decides to establish a cardfight club. His goal is to create a welcoming space for fellow players and simultaneously meet the school's requirement for extracurricular activities. Alongside both familiar allies and new companions, Aichi and his club members confront a series of obstacles as they fight to gain official recognition from the school.
