In this installment
Since Rakurou "Sunraku" Hizutome began playing the popular VR game Shangri-La Frontier, he has become deeply invested in it. Sunraku gained major recognition by defeating two of the seven unique and nearly unbeatable monsters, a feat considered impossible by most players. To advance the game's story, he embarks on a quest with his rabbit-like companion, Emul, to retrieve a magical operation unit from an ancient workshop. Despite successfully completing the task and receiving help from allies Towa "Arthur Pencilgon" Amatsuki and Kei "OiKatzo" Uhi, their true motives for assisting Sunraku remain unclear. However, Sunraku has obtained the key knowledge and allies needed to move the game forward. By confronting powerful enemies and uncovering the deeper mechanics of the game world, Sunraku may permanently change the face of Shangri-La Frontier.
