Synopsis

After the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, a secret Japanese submarine engages in a clash with an American submarine, and both vanish without a trace from official history. Roughly fifty years later, a special UN task force dispatched to investigate strange occurrences in Antarctica comes across a menacing, enigmatic black cylinder.
