A rumor circulates amongst children globally concerning the well-known B-Daman tournaments: only a chosen few will get the chance to take part in a secret future competition referred to as "Cross Fight"!

The story is set in Crest Land, where the mysterious B-Crystal has begun to go out of control. The main character, Godai Kamon, lives in the southern part of Crest Land and is a spirited boy who enjoys B-Daman. However, he has lost all of his past memories regarding B-Daman and his family, except for his older sister Aona, who he lives with. One day, at the local B-Daman shop B-Junk, Kamon meets Galvan, a B-Daman who feels strangely familiar to him. Galvan becomes his partner, and Kamon returns to B-Daman battles once more.
