Synopsis

Miyako Misaki gets a job working alongside her schoolmate Ai as a fellow waitress at a maid cafe. Unbeknownst to them both, in Akihabara, a secret underground group called "Maid masters" kidnaps young waitresses, holding them captive and assaulting them.
