Synopsis

In the year 2099, humanity has advanced to the point where all injuries and diseases can be cured thanks to the development of the Medical Android Technology known as "Somadea." But alongside this progress, crimes exploiting that technology have surged dramatically. Somadea grants physical abilities far beyond those of ordinary flesh and blood, and through illegal modifications, it can be misused for criminal purposes. To combat these Somadea-related offenses, the government has instituted the Bounty Hunter System. Civilians registered as bounty hunters are authorized to eliminate illegal Somadea users who have been designated as wanted criminals by the police. In exchange, they receive substantial bounty money. Conditions for Receiving Bounty: Deliver the brain of a wanted criminal who possesses illegal Somadea to the authorities. Whether the target is alive or dead…does not matter. In this ruthless world, Ubu Kamigori makes her living as a bounty hunter chasing down criminals.
