The ultimate Beetle Battle is about to begin! Mushiking: The King of Beetles is a 21st-century beetle battling game that has captivated children worldwide, moving beyond the arcade scene. With over 420 million cards distributed, Mushiking is not only a major arcade phenomenon but also making waves across different media like the Game Boy Advance and a TV anime series. Kent Mirai is a passionate young competitor who aspires to become the world's top Mushiking champion. He spends every day battling alongside his beetle, Mushiking, the King of Beetles. One day, Kent meets a mysterious boy named Shiro Mizorogi, who coldly defeats numerous beetle battle opponents with ruthless efficiency. Shiro controls the Neptune Beetle, a creature never seen before, which glows with an ominous aura and red eyes. Empowered by Dr. Black, who is obsessed with winning at any cost, Shiro sets the stage for an intense clash between Kent and his Mushiking, the King of Beetles, and the sinister forces of the Neptune Beetle.
