

Synopsis
This animated film is adapted from the fairy tale of the same name by Jeong Chae-bong, a writer known for his innocent and deeply touching stories, with over 100,000 copies sold locally. It follows the lives of two orphans—Gil-son, a five-year-old boy, and his blind sister Gam-i—who are taken in and raised by a kind-hearted monk at a remote temple in Mt. Seorak. Gil-son, a mischievous child, serves as the viewer's companion on this hour-long journey in search of innocence. With a pure soul, he makes friends with every living creature and carries on conversations with clouds, birds, and flowers. One snowy day, however... The film received the Best Feature Film award at the 2004 Annecy International Animation Film Festival.
