Synopsis

Continues the story of Duel Masters VSR

After Katta Kirifuda finally becomes the champion of the Duel Masters National Tournament, the next fierce battle is about to unfold. Japan's largest theme park, Duel Masters Land, has opened, featuring numerous fun attractions and events that Katta thoroughly enjoys. However, after meeting the park's mascot, "Duemouse," Katta becomes entangled in a ridiculous conspiracy within the park. A mysterious team of duelists casts a shadow over the Duel Masters World! The enigmatic identity of a legendary card is about to be revealed. A new stage and revolution in Duel Masters awaits Katta!

This season picks up directly after Versus Revolution, continuing the story beyond the clash between the Invaders and the Revolutionaries. It serves as both the final season and the conclusion of the Versus storyline within the anime. The 'V' mark on Katta Kirifuda's forehead, previously seen, conceals a sealed power. Although removing the seal did not produce any noticeable effect, Hamukatsu begins speaking. Furthermore, more hamsters resembling Hamukatsu start appearing. The group discovers a secret organization called the "Rare Killers," made up of transfer students at their school. The mysteries of the hamsters similar to Hamukatsu and the true identity of the Rare Killers remain unresolved. The ultimate confrontation is about to unfold.

Background

It is the sequel of Versus Revolution, continuing the chain of events after the battle between the Invaders and Revolutionary. It is also the last season and conclusion of the Versus saga in the anime.
