Synopsis
Minami takes on the role of team manager for her high school baseball squad after discovering that her close friend Yuuki has been hospitalized and can no longer serve in that position. Hoping to cover for Yuuki and do everything she can to support the team, she sets out to find a book about managing a baseball team. But she accidentally ends up with Peter Drucker's "Management: Tasks, Responsibilities, Practices"—a book meant for running a business. Since she can't return it, she decides to read it anyway and attempts to apply those corporate management ideas to the baseball team, aiming to lead them to victory at the Nationals.
