Synopsis

Set in a time just slightly ahead of our own, a new government-organized mobile emergency police force called Hyper Rescue has been established to handle disasters beyond human comprehension and the growing complexity of crime and accidents. Their primary focus is life-saving, and they have developed specialized vehicles known as Drive Heads—machines that can transform from car modes into humanoid walker vehicles. Children found to possess a special aptitude, including grade schooler Gou Kurumada, serve as the drivers of these Drive Heads. They work alongside Hyper Rescue's adult members and other cooperating authorities. Racing to the scene of emergencies, they tirelessly strive to protect the safety and peace of all humanity.
