Synopsis
Continues the story of Buddy Complex
High school student Aoba Watase is living a normal life until a giant robot called a "Valiancer" attacks him. His mysterious classmate, Hina Yumihara, rescues him and reveals that both of them come from the future. To keep Aoba safe, Hina sends him seventy years forward in time. In the future, Aoba awakens inside a Valiancer named "Luxon" during a war between the Free Pact Alliance (FPA) and the Zogilia Republic. In the heat of battle, he pairs up with FPA pilot Dio Weinberg through a process called "coupling," which boosts their combat abilities by sharing each other's experiences. Though he survives the encounter, Aoba is taken aboard the FPA ship Cygnus for questioning. As he worries about finding a way back to his own time, he becomes caught up in a conflict that could decide the fate of the world.

In the concluding two episodes of "Buddy Complex: Into the Skies of Tomorrow," the climactic conflict between the Free Treaty Alliance and Zogiria's space division, commanded by the seasoned Bizon, reaches its peak. The result of this engagement will decide the fate of Earth and the path of time itself.
