Synopsis
While attempting to rescue a cat, martial artist Ryo Sakazaki and his wealthy, womanizing friend Robert Garcia stumble into the apartment of a jewel thief. There, they witness the thief being murdered by a gang of criminals. After fighting off the attackers and escaping, they discover the gang was working for Mr. Big, the dominant crime boss of South Town. Convinced that Ryo and Robert possess the highly sought-after "Eye of Sirius" diamond, Mr. Big kidnaps Ryo's younger sister Yuri. With no other option and lacking the diamond, the pair must confront Mr. Big's minions and rescue Yuri before it's too late.
