In the follow-up to the Monster Strike anime series—a departure from the full CG animation of its predecessor—a prophecy sets the stage: "When the red moon ascends, the end of days will fall upon the earth…" After numerous fierce battles with monsters, Ren and his companions succeed in releasing all the energy points. Shortly thereafter, Nostradamus shares a dire prophecy that casts a shadow over the group. As they consider this ominous prediction, Mana struggles with Miroku's claim that she possesses "the power to change the world." Following a period of observation, Walpurgis reveals a hidden truth to Mana. Meanwhile, Madarame prepares to announce a new initiative to the public. What lies behind his schemes? And what secret did Walpurgis disclose to Mana? Are Ren and his team heading toward the grim fate foretold by the prophecy? The story races toward its thrilling climax!
