Bible Black Origins

Synopsis

After their petition to establish an official student-run magic club is denied, Hiroko Takashiro, Saki Shidou, and Rie Morita are left to practice witchcraft only in their spare time. One day, Rie discovers an old, handwritten book at a secondhand shop, initially thinking it is just another odd artifact. When they decode its contents, they find simple spells meant to manipulate others and fulfill the caster's sexual desires. Recognizing the power they now hold, the girls start carrying out requests from other students, from romantic entanglements to acts of revenge and sexual fantasies. As their activities spin out of control, the magic club slowly becomes a cult defined by violence, lust, and sacrificial rites.

Background

Black Bible Gaiden was released on DVD on June 24, 2003 by Kitty Media. The OVA has been dubbed in English by Perfect Sound Studios, in French, and in Spanish by K2000.
