Synopsis

Adapted from the 2013 re-release of AliceSoft's 1989 adult PC game Rance 01: The Quest for Hikari. Rance is a savage warrior whose greatest passion is beautiful women. He wanders the continent with his devoted slave Sill Plain, taking on odd jobs to feed his endless cravings. Though his lecherous behavior frequently gets him into trouble, his heroic exploits are celebrated far and wide. When they accept a job to find a missing noble girl, Rance and Sill arrive in the splendid Kingdom of Leazas. Splitting up to chase various leads, Rance assists the locals with all sorts of troubles—from rescuing a kidnapped barmaid to wiping out an undead outbreak. As he accumulates both riches and female companions, the warrior eventually stumbles upon a dark secret lurking within the kingdom, one that only he is capable of confronting.
