Tales Of Dark River

Synopsis

Dark River is the most enigmatic assassin syndicate in the jianghu, comprising three families: Su, Xie, and Mu. The supreme leader of these families is known as the Great Chief. After the organization's head falls victim to poisoning and teeters on the brink of death, the three factions within Dark River catch wind of the situation and seize the moment to stage a revolt. Su Muyu, the commander of the chief's personal guard unit Spider's Shadow, sets out to find the miracle doctor Bai Hehuai of Medicine King Valley to heal the chief, while simultaneously fending off assassins from every family to ensure the chief's survival. However, at this critical juncture, his closest ally within Dark River, Su Changhe, sides with the Su family and joins the plot to murder the Great Chief.
