Synopsis

In "Chii-chan Kaihatsu Nikki," Shiina Chizuru appears to be an ideal student but is excessively rigid. Her blunt manner of speaking and unyielding sense of morality frequently cause friction with classmates and teachers. In private, she harbors a deep admiration for her attractive, youthful teacher, Tsukino. After accidentally getting caught up in a plot involving the embezzlement of school funds, Chizuru comes under the control of her overweight, middle-aged teacher, Tamura.
