LBX: Little Battlers eXperience

Synopsis

In 2046, a new type of reinforced cardboard with 80% shock absorption capabilities was created, quickly changing the global shipping industry. This material soon became the basis for a children's pastime known as "LBX" (Little Battler eXperience), where miniature robots fight on cardboard stages. Four years later, a boy named Yamano Ban, who enjoys LBX despite not owning a mecha of his own, receives a case containing the AX-00 model from a mysterious woman. She tells him that he now carries both the hopes and the despairs of humanity.
