Synopsis
Continues the story of Non Non Biyori
In "Non Non Biyori," Hotaru Ichijou moves from Tokyo to the remote village of Asahigaoka, where her new school has only five students, including herself, all studying together in a single room regardless of grade level. The nearest convenience store is far away, and the bus can take up to two hours to arrive. However, Hotaru soon finds herself captivated by the charm of the countryside and the unique personalities of her classmates, forming close bonds with each of them. Among her friends, Renge Miyauchi stands out—a first-grader with unexpected maturity and wisdom. The Koshigaya siblings are also memorable: the reserved eldest brother Suguru, the petite middle sister Komari, and the playful youngest sister Natsumi. Hotaru’s arrival as a city dweller adds excitement to the tranquil village life, bringing with her insights from the outside world and a fresh outlook that enriches the daily routines of Asahigaoka.
