Synopsis
Ginjirou Manda works as a loan shark who employs a practice called toichi, levying an extra 10% interest every ten days, which amounts to an annual rate of 365%. His harsh debt collection methods have earned him the fearsome nickname Minami no Oni, the Demon of Osaka's Minami commercial area.
