This is a music video that was directed and animated by Nowoka for the song titled Nero, performed by Sou. It should be noted that this particular song is used as the opening theme for the anime Dead Mount Death Play. There are two different versions of this track: the original version with Sou, and a vocaloid version featuring Flower that was later released on April 13, 2023 through Kirai Hiiragi's channel.
