Synopsis
On the distant planet Totsu Asuka, Mikado City's local police force has been overwhelmed by a spike in crimes involving armed robots. Sailor Victory rises as the sole protector against this turmoil, deploying their own fleet of combat-ready machines to deliver justice swiftly and with style. As public confidence in the police wanes, the department becomes willing to adopt any measures—even unethical ones—to regain favor and outshine Sailor Victory.
