Synopsis
In this film adaptation of Sushi Police, every episode from the television series is compiled into a single feature-length movie. The elite ninth division of the Sushi Police consists of Honda, Kawasaki, and Suzuki—a specialized law enforcement unit tasked with identifying restaurants that serve illegal or unconventional sushi, regardless of how minor the infraction. Driven by an unwavering sense of justice and backed by the World Food-Culture Preservation Society, they operate globally, targeting anyone who dares to violate the purity of Japanese culinary customs. During one of their operations, the Sushi Police run into Sara, a bold young journalist who is determined to uncover the corruption hidden within the organization and the society that funds it. Even after being interrogated by the trio, Sara uses her intelligence, abilities, and charm to avoid capture, setting off a chain of events that ultimately reveals the true motives of the Sushi Police.
