Synopsis
In a city where the older residents have abandoned hope for what lies ahead, the younger generation has grown accustomed to their crumbling surroundings, accepting decline and hardship as normal. This indifferent atmosphere is disrupted by the sudden appearance of Haruko, who shatters the town's peace.
