Synopsis
Haruka Nishikikoji is an overweight doctor who never seems to catch any girls' interest. Fate intervenes when she lands a position as a doctor at an elementary school, where her workplace sits on the school's rooftop and the actual clinic resembles a medieval castle. Just when everything seems to be going downhill, a surprise arrives one day: her first love, Koizumi Miyuki, applies to become her nurse.
