Synopsis
In "Ryuujin Kappei," Kappei is pulled into a strange picture book and transported to the Edo period, four hundred years in the past. The King of Evil seeks to eradicate all sound and melody, endangering the enchanting music of Princess Shizu. To stop this threat, Kappei rides the Dragon Lord and wields a courageous sword, setting out to foil the King of Evil's sinister plans.
