Mahou no Star Magical Emi: Kumo Hikaru

Synopsis

Kazuki Mai is an elementary schooler with dreams of becoming a magician, but she has trouble reaching the level needed to join her grandparents' Magiccarat act. One day, she spots a beam of light entering a unique heart-shaped mirror. That light turns out to be a mirror fairy named Topo, which takes residence in her beloved flying squirrel plush toy and gives her a bracelet marked with the four card suits. The bracelet can transform into a wand, allowing Mai to change into Magical Emi, a magician who looks eighteen. In this form, she uses her magic to assist others and takes part in her grandparents' shows.
