Synopsis
Set during the peaceful Edo period in Japan, ninjas have become largely obsolete. Karyu, an exceptionally talented ninja, is compelled to take on work as an assassin. She receives a contract to eliminate a merchant, but upon arrival, she discovers that his attendant is also a ninja, equally skilled as herself. That ninja is named Uzume. The two engage in a fierce rivalry, clashing in a bloody struggle for dominance.
