Synopsis

Tomomi Sakurazawa serves as the student council president, admired for her intelligence and attractiveness, yet she conceals a major secret: she has hyperlactation syndrome, which makes her produce an excessive amount of breast milk daily. Even though she tries to keep this hidden, one of her classmates eventually uncovers the truth.
