Synopsis
Noel is an eleven-year-old girl who hates Christmas. Since her parents divorced three years ago, she has lived with her father, but he is always busy with work on Christmas Day, and she cannot play with her school friends. On a lonely Christmas Eve, Noel takes the elevator in her apartment complex as usual to go home. But when the doors open, she finds herself lost in a gigantic factory—owned by Santa Claus. Santa Claus has gone corporate, forming Santa Company with the motto "Swiftly, surely, secretly." The organization takes orders and delivers high-quality presents to children with absolute secrecy. Noel meets several new friends, and together they take off on a sled to deliver gifts.
