Ichigeki Sacchuu!! Hoihoi-san

Synopsis

The story takes place in the not-too-distant future, when cockroaches and other common household vermin have developed immunity to every known insecticide. Faced with this growing crisis, a Japanese corporation develops a line of tiny, doll-like extermination robots known as Hoi Hoi-san. A rival company soon follows suit with its own model, the Combat-san. Thanks to their irresistibly cute designs, these little machines become a cultural sensation and attract a devoted fanbase. Late one night, inside the home of one such enthusiast, a Hoi Hoi-san and a Combat-san go about their usual task of hunting down insects—though the Combat-san has no qualms about attempting to eliminate her Hoi Hoi-san counterpart as well.
