Synopsis

Continues the story of Backkom Bear: Agent 008

In this Chinese prequel to the global Backkom franchise, the story unfolds before the main series begins. Natural resources have run out, leaving the Arctic in ruins with only a single polar bear alive. A human girl named Jessica—a top agent in the Security Department—adopts the bear and gives him the name Backkom. Though he dreams of becoming an agent, his clumsiness restricts him to performing cleaning duties around the department. A mysterious group of polar bears appears, planting bombs all over the world as an act of revenge against humanity. To neutralize these threats, the Global League, the highest human authority, plans to send its agents into the Polar Bear Organization's underground hideout. However, the mission fails because the basement is equipped with human detection devices. As a final option, the Global League decides to train Backkom as an agent and dispatch him into the base. Worried about Backkom, Jessica secretly joins him on the operation. Inside the basement, Backkom and Jessica face numerous challenges and overcome each one. They succeed in disarming the bombs, but Backkom is captured by the organization, which reveals a shocking truth to him. Meanwhile, the Global League considers abandoning Backkom and launches an assault on the Polar Bear Organization.
