Spare Me, Great Lord!

Synopsis

Lü Shu is a frail but determined teenager who lost his parents and now supports himself and his adopted sister, Lü Xiaoyu while attending a prestigious high school. His ordinary life changes dramatically when a car accident unexpectedly awakens his latent cultivation abilities, curing his previous physical weaknesses. Despite this new strength, Lü Shu chooses to keep his powers hidden because of the societal stigma and uncertainty surrounding cultivators. As Lü Shu struggles to maintain his secret, the global organization Tian Luo Di Wang, which monitors cultivators, begins enacting its plans. Under the guidance of agent Xi Fei, a specialized cultivation training group is set up at Lü Shu's school. Though forced to join this program, Lü Shu remains determined to hide the full extent of his formidable power, which feeds on the negative emotions provoked by his actions.
