Synopsis

A worldwide emergency unfolds as ability users are found dead after a mysterious fog appears, their deaths appearing to be suicides. This leads the Armed Detective Agency to begin an investigation. The clues point to an unnamed ability user called "Collector" as possibly behind these events. To protect Yokohama and other ability users globally from Collector's influence, the Armed Detective Agency forms an unexpected partnership with the infamous Port Mafia, testing their trust and courage to the extreme.
