Synopsis
In this partnership, Ukkari Pénélope collaborates with Marukome to promote their new amazake line, a fermented rice drink. Plus Kouji contains an enzyme derived from kouji mold (Aspergillus oryzae), making Marukome’s amazake free from alcohol and sugar. This allows it to be safely consumed by pregnant women, infants, and the elderly, while still retaining the classic flavor of traditional amazake, which is typically sweet and slightly alcoholic.
