Uta no Prince Sama Revolutions is the third anime series based on the otome game Uta no☆Prince-sama♪. In this installment, the members of Starish are divided into new teams as they compete to secure a position in SSS, a highly regarded music contest, by impressing Shining Saotome. Simultaneously, Haruka is working alongside Quartet Night.

Following the third season's conclusion, the narrative focuses on the battle to win a performing spot at the Triple S international sports event's opening ceremony. The HE★VENS idol group from Raging Entertainment stirs up the existing conflict between QUARTET NIGHT and ST☆RISH, creating major upheaval. After QUARTET NIGHT proposes a different approach, the three groups move into a new stage, but HE★VENS stays determined to seek vengeance against its competitors.
