Synopsis

Continues the story of One: Kagayaku Kisetsu e

Orihara Kouhei comes back to his town after being gone for a long time, intending to keep the promises he made to various girls when they were children. He deals with memory loss and bears a tragic past. A peculiar atmosphere envelops the OVA, resembling a dream, as if fragments of old memories are trying to coalesce into a single whole but failing to do so.

In the winter of 1998, a different world suddenly emerges within me, even though I was once just an ordinary student. This new reality blankets my everyday life, much like snow covering the ground. Up until that moment, I had failed to notice the things that had always stayed the same—the familiar sights I took for granted, and the warmth of the person I loved without realizing it. These elements were what kept me anchored to this world, preventing me from leaving. Now, for the first time, I begin searching for that bond and for the one who matters most. Time moves forward, and the sun gradually starts to warm the season. I wonder where I will end up, and whose hand will be holding mine.
