Synopsis
Kappei is an extremely short boy who excels at every sport. He stays as a guest at sweet Akane's house and is in love with her, but faces a strange rival in her dog Salomone (Italian name), who devises evil traps to hinder Kappei. The dog also serves another purpose: he explains all sport rules whenever a new sport is introduced. Kappei has a fondness for white female underwear and is always trying to lift girls' skirts up.
