Synopsis
Chen Ji, a prodigious youth confined within Qingshan Mental Hospital, exacts revenge for his parents' murder by slaying their killer. Following this act, he is inexplicably transported back to an ancient era and becomes an apprentice at the Ning Dynasty Medical Clinic. Soon, he becomes involved with the Secret Service, serving as an unofficial operative. Yet he uncovers that he is also a mole for a rival nation, and the narrative centers on his dual existence. Amid the turmoil of political scheming, Chen Ji struggles to survive, leveraging his contemporary knowledge to upend conventional spiritual practices and adroitly maneuver through the intricate terrain to seize the advantage. In the end, he evolves from a mere piece on the board into a master tactician, wielding the might of the Qingshan Mountains as a weapon and vowing to defy the corrupt celestial order.
