Synopsis
Minare Koda, a restaurant employee nursing the pain of a recent breakup, unloads her woes onto a stranger after a night of heavy drinking. That stranger is Kanetsugu Matou, a director at a radio station in Sapporo, Hokkaido. The next day at work, Minare is shocked to hear her drunken ramblings broadcast on the radio. Fearing more humiliation, she rushes to the station to stop the program. During her confrontation with Matou, she ends up delivering an impromptu live talk, expressing her passionate, intoxicated thoughts with surprising clarity. Recognizing her natural ability, Matou decides to cultivate her talent. Under Matou's guidance, Minare soon transitions to hosting a late-night talk show, sharing lighthearted stories from Sapporo. Juggling this new role with her day job and personal life, she works to make ends meet.
