Synopsis
That morning, the fog devoured the horizon, swallowing everything in sight. That morning, he boarded the derelict vessel and found himself its new captain—a master of a ghost ship. That morning, he walked into the murk and discovered a realm twisted and torn at the seams—an old world erased, an impossible new one risen in its place. Out past the edges of civilization, the ocean itself had turned unnatural, tearing reality into strange anomalies. What was left of human society clung to isolated island city-states and the fragile fleets that dared the waves, their lights the final dying sparks of a dying age. Yet from deep beneath, the darkness that had slept for centuries was stirring, waiting for the chance to swallow what little still breathed.
