Yokohama Meibutsu: Otoko Katayama-gumi!

Synopsis

Yokohama has descended into a lawless territory ruled by biker gangs. Among them, the Crazy Babies stand out, led by 17-year-old Hiromi Katayama, whose reputation as a powerful fighter with a strong sense of justice has spread across the entire Kanagawa alliance. When young rookie Toshi Ikeda asks to join, he pledges to Katayama that he will live by the Crazy Babies' code and promises to avoid fighting entirely during his first month of probation, or else lose his chance to become a member. But Ikeda's hot-blooded nature gets the better of him when he's dragged into a brawl, accidentally igniting a conflict between the Kanagawa gangs and the dangerous Nagoya-based Dragon Star Crew, who are determined to seize control of the entire Kanto region. Will Katayama be able to protect Yokohama from these invading thugs?
