Synopsis

Following his parents' betrayal which shattered his family, Eita Kidou cultivated a profound distrust of love. Resolved to avoid emotional entanglements, he dedicates himself entirely to his studies with the goal of becoming a doctor. However, Masuzu Natsukawa, a stunning and popular student, takes notice of his total indifference to romance. Tired of fending off relentless suitors, she proposes they fake a relationship, as both share a similar aversion to love. Eita initially declines, but Masuzu blackmails him using his private diary, threatening to leak its contents online if he refuses. Consequently, Eita is dragged into a fabricated relationship with the school's most coveted girl. His life spirals into chaos as he maneuvers through jealous classmates, surprise confessions, and the numerous complications arising from their simulated romance.
