Synopsis

When people leave, feelings of hope and sorrow become intertwined. Tabimachi Lateshow explores how these complicated emotions persist long after the actual parting. Azuma reflects on her mentor while saying goodbye to her own student; Kumeno looks back on her brief but intense relationship with Koizumi; Yukari runs into an old acquaintance during the Lantern Festival; and Sakurada cherishes the memories of many students from her teaching career. Built around themes of farewell and journey, Tabimachi Lateshow presents four intimate, slice-of-life stories that contemplate the lasting impact people have on one another.
