Synopsis
On a southern island known as "Whale Island," a peculiar being suddenly plummeted from the sky. It slammed into a school, flattening the frog teacher completely. This odd creature was called Puchan. He somehow restored the frog teacher to his original shape, though his classmates eyed the newcomer with suspicion. Before long, however, everyone found Puchan delightful company, and he became a student at the school. Puchan faces numerous incidents on campus, yet each time, he finds a way to get through them with his peculiar methods.
