Synopsis
The opening two minutes of this film are taken from the 1965 Jungle Emperor Leo television series, with the rest consisting of completely original material. Tezuka was especially satisfied that this motion picture faithfully represented his original story, which he believed had not been achieved when he made the TV adaptation.
