Synopsis
Tobidasu na! Panda-chan is a traffic safety anime created by Toei for kindergartners and young elementary school students. In this series, an anthropomorphic panda learns traffic rules from children of the same age. The show's goal is to give the young audience a sense of knowledge and authority instead of just having them follow directions.
